Metro area median prices are typically released two months after the close of the quarter. As a subscriber you can see our updated report on metro pricing right here!

The National Association of Realtors has released its Metropolitan Area Existing Single Family Home Sales report. We found similarities between the national data and the Spokane Washington home sales data.

For Spokane Washington Median Prices are reported by NAR as follows in thousands of dollars: (Not seasonally adjusted)

Preliminary third quarter numbers for median prices are flat with the 2Q revised prices.

National data shows an increase in preliminary 3Q numbers.

The annual data comparing National Median Prices to Spokane Median Prices looks a bit different:

Quite interesting that the national prices have moved down to be in line with Spokane prices as of the end of 2008.
